Because we dropship, your Pixiepin order may be packed and shipped by a supplier or fulfillment partner rather than from our own warehouse.

Tracking details may become available after the carrier scans the package.

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment.

If an order contains more than one item, items may ship separately depending on supplier availability.
